Only the private detective can use it. Its use by third parties not authorized for this purpose may cause criminal sanctions and other jurisdictional orders, not reaching the test, therefore, no legal validity.
The Mystery Guest also called “Mysterious Guest or Guest” is a specialization of the Mystery Shopper technique that is applied to establishments (Hotels, Rural Houses and Cruises) in which Accommodation is required. It is a method of External Quality Audit for these establishments.
Our licensed detectives with extensive experience in auditing accommodations carry out a global audit of all the services offered by the establishment, evaluating the previously agreed items. Covering and evaluating all the stages that a client must carry out, from the reservation, to the Check Out.
The information that we extract with our unique method by means of hidden camera recording, can only be carried out by a detective authorized by the Ministry of the Interior with the TIP, as required by the Private Security Law 5/2014. And the subsequent report that we issue with all the evidence has full legal validity, in case it is used to take disciplinary action by the employer.
